Ep 172 - Awesome Popcorn Containers

Movie tie-in popcorn containers have become a big thing. It was one thing to get a popcorn tin with the movie characters and logo on the side, but now you can get a container in the shape of an Ecto-1 complete with lights! This month, we’re creating awesome popcorn containers for new and classic movies. Who wouldn’t want to eat popcorn out of the ark of the covenant or Mt. Doom?

Ep 171 - Best of 2023 and Most Anticipated of 2024

Another year has come and gone and we’re looking back at our favorite movies, TV shows, books and other media from 2023. Then we’re looking ahead to 2024 and discussing the things we’re most excited about coming out in 2024. BTW does anyone else think it’s weird we are in 2024? That’s like, the future.

Ep 164 - Geeky Theme Park Lands

Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, Pandora: The World of Avatar and the new Super Mario World theme parks are a hit and a clear indication single theme parks can work extremely well. The advent of VR rides has greatly expanded what is possible in bringing fantasy and sci-fi properties to the real world. This month the whole crew gets together to share ideas on what we would like to see in a theme park in the near future.

Ep 152 - Most Anticipated of 2022

It’s a new year… and we’re still dealing with COVID. And even though some of us are going back into lockdown, at least we have some good media to look forward to this coming year. We’re taking a look at the things we’re most excited to watch, read ad play this coming year, unless, you know, they get pushed back due to the pandemic. Here’s to 2022 being a great year for movies, TV, video games and books… otherwise we might lose our minds.

Ep 134 - Cross Overs 2

Chocolate and peanut butter, peanut butter and jelly. When you combine two awesome things, you often get something even better. This month we’re returning to an old topic and crossing over some of our favorite properties to make something even better… hopefully. Also, can we just take a moment and acknowledge how awesome peanut butter is?

Ep 133 - Post COVID Plot Possibilities

Ever watch a movie or play a game and think, “yeah right, things could never go that way,” or, “people would never react that way.” Now that COVID 19 has rolled over the world like the most dangerous wet blanket, do those far fetched plots still seem so far fetched? Could a zombie plague really wipe us out like in the movies, books, TV shows and games because of the way we reacted to COVID? Is our apocalyptic future going to be more like Mad Max or business casual? This month we discuss media that deserves a second look because maybe its not as far fetched as we originally thought.
