It’s a well known fact that not all trick-or-treat candy is created equal. There is always that one oddball that likes the stuff no one else does, but there are some candies that stand head and shoulders above the rest and everyone loves. We submitting our sweet 16 of the best trick-or-treat candy and battling out to figure out what is number one. Spoiler alert, of course the Canadians submitted candy you can only get up there and as an American who has tried it, its really good.
