Ep 101 - The First 100

It's been 3 years since we relaunched the site. We have 100 episodes of the show in the books plus several other shows producing awesome content. Not to mention the announcement that we are teaming up with CTC Geekfest and rebranding it Epically Geeky Expo. For a little site, we're doing some big things! This week we're looking back at the first 100 episodes and revisiting our favorite moments. Join us for our trip down memory lane.

Ep 100 - LIVE from Geekfest 2018

We did it; episode 100! And we just happen to be recording in front of a live audience at Geekfest 2018 playing one of our favorite games, geeky either or. We also have a huge announcement we'll be sharing during the show. Here's to the next 100. The recording was live at a con so the audio is a little uneven.

Ep 96 - 70s Pop Culture

Pop culture changes all of the time; constantly adding new and interesting artifacts to add to its ever growing collection. We've decided to look at pop culture through the decades and we're starting with the 70's; the genesis of modern pop culture. Though some of us were born in the late 70's, we're mostly children of the 80's & 90's so we had to do a little research for this one. It's time to go back to the 70's.

Ep 95 - Other Things We Geek Out Over

When you think of geeking out over something, you probably think of movies, TV shows, books, video games, etc. You know, the traditional geeky things. But geeking out simply means to get really into something. By that definition, you could geek out about almost anything. This week we share the things we geek out over that don't fall under the normal categories... like plants, wood working and BBQ.

Ep 94 - Solo A Star Wars Story Discussion

While Rogue One was the first "non episode" Star Wars movie, it did tie directly into the timeline. Solo is the first movie from the franchise that focuses on a particular character and does not tie in directly to the main series. The movie is marred with a change in director, a lot of reshoots and a general sense that "no one asked for this." With all that said, how was it? This week we share our feelings on Solo and what it means for the Star Wars universe as a whole.

Ep 93 - Last Fast Food Burger Meal

It's the last time you will ever eat a fast food hamburger. So, what will you have? This week we share our ultimate fast food burger meal. Everyone must pick a burger, fries, alternate side, drink / shake & dessert. The catch? Only one item is allowed from a franchise. Who's burger would you pair with who's fries and so on?

Ep 92 - Sitcom Spin-off Possibilities

Cheers had Frasier, Friends had Joey and The Cosby Show had A Different World. Spin-off TV shows have been around forever; some good and some not so much. This week we're creating our own sitcom spin-offs using characters from sitcoms we loved and building a world around them.
